SEC. 9. They shall meet at the almshouse on the

last Saturday of each month, or ofterier if necessary,

and make, by a majority of votes of such as may be

present, such rules and by-laws as they may think

necessary for the direction, government and support

their care, and of all vagrants, beggars, vagabonds

SEC. 10. They shall annually, on the first Monday

|
|

of February, appoint an overseer of the almshouse,
|
|
|
|
such appointment to, take effect on the twenty-fifth

days after such appointment, inform the overseer

SEC. 22. They shall, under the penalty of fifty dol-

SEC. 23. They shall be entitled to two dollars per
