AN ACT to repeal the sixth sub-section of chapter

titled ' Insane Asylum,' and to vest in the county


commissioners of said county additional powers re-


lating to the care of insane persons," and re-enact


the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. And be it enacted by the General As-


sembly of Maryland, That the sixth sub-section of


chapter two hundred and sixty-seven of the acts of


assembly passed at the January session of one thousand


eight hundred and eighty, entitled "An act to add
