AN ACT to appropriate certain fines and forfeitures


to purchasing a Law Library for the Courts of


Frederick county.


WHEREAS it is proposed to establish, a public law


library in Frederick county, for the use of the courts

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That hereafter all fines and penalties


imposed by the circuit court for Frederick county, upon


persons convicted in said court of any crime not ex-


ceeding in grade a misdemeanor, except such fines as
