is one of the finest provisions.

Two or three times In my experience, or rathe'r

in Mr. Cook's experience, there was an attempt to elimi-

nate that... Frankly, I think that would be the most

deleterious thing you could do to the public schools in

Maryland, if there were any attempt. I cite that as a
