violate couldn't mean that moneys appropriated but

mended that you revise that language. I said there is

no school fund, as such, and there isn't. Now, I

didn't argue that we didn't need a provision in there,

but I say that as such there is no school fund.

Now, if you want to revise that language to

nail it down to some school aid, why that is another
|

|
matter.
