Comptroller of Baltimore City, and the other of said
vouchers it shall immediately transfer, together with the
surrendered license, to the Comptroller of Baltimore City,
and the Comptroller of Baltimore City, upon the presenta-
tion and surrender to him of the said voucher and warrant
given to the said petitioner, shall pay to him or his per-
sonal representative or assigns the amount called for by
said vouchers and warrant, out of such funds from the
proceeds of liquor licenses as may be in his hands as Comp-
troller of Baltimore City at the time, or if insufficient funds
are in his hands at the time of the presentation of such
warrant, then out of the first funds from the proceeds of
licenses to sell beer or other beverages of alcoholic content
that come into his hands.

690B. Every licensed dealer to whom the Police Com-
missioner for the City of Baltimore shall issue a permit to
sell beer or other beverages of alcoholic content at places
of entertainment, as authorized by Section 684 of this Act,
shall pay the said Commissioner One Dollar ($1. 00) for
said permit, the money so paid to go into the special fund
of said Commissioner.

690C. The said Board of License Commissioners shall
have authority to grant special licenses to any club, society
or association, upon application therefor in such form as
the Board may prescribe signed and sworn to in due form
of law on its behalf by its president or secretary, which
shall entitle the holder thereof to sell beer or any other
beverage of alcoholic content for consumption on the
premises at any bona fide entertainment held or conducted
by such club, society or association; said licenses, to be
good for not longer than seven (7) consecutive days from
the effective date thereof and to be issued only upon the
payment of a license fee of Five Dollars ($5. 00) for said
seven day period or any fraction thereof. Such special
licenses may be renewed in the discretion of the Board for
such additional periods of seven (7) days or less as the
Board may determine, upon payment of a license fee of
the same amount.

691. The power and authority herein granted to the
Board of License Commissioners to license establishments
for the sale of beer or any other beverage of alcoholic con-
tent shall be subject to any and all zoning rules and regu-
lations as the same may from time to time exist under and
by virtue of any ordinance or ordinances passed pursuant
