for not less than three (3) months nor more than twelve
(12) months, or by both fine and imprisonment, in the dis-
cretion of the court.

Any corporation convicted of any of the offenses in this
section above enumerated shall be punished by a fine of not
less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00) nor more than One
Hundred Dollars ($100. 00); and upon conviction of a sec-
ond offense under the provisions of this Act as above enu-
merated, shall be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars
($100. 00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00);
and the president or such other official or officials as may
be responsible for the conduct and management of said
corporation may also be imprisoned, upon the conviction of
said corporation for a second offense as aforesaid, not less
than three (3) months nor more than twelve (12) months.

Upon any second conviction as above set forth, the li-
cense of the party or parties holding the same or inter-
ested therein shall be immediately revoked by said Board,
and no license shall be thereafter issued to or for the
benefit of any of said parties within two (2) years from
the time of such revocation.

The license of any person who permits minors to fre-
quent or loiter around his place, or disreputable or dis-
orderly persons to make it a customary place of visitation
or resort, may be revoked at any time by said Board.

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to repeal or
modify any of the provisions contained in, or penalties im-
posed by, any law of this State forbidding or restricting the
sale of beer or other beverage of alcoholic content on a day
on which elections are held.

687. Upon complaint or allegation by any qualified voter
of Baltimore City who shall give security for the cost of
prosecution that any license has been corruptly or know-
ingly issued by said Board to any person who has not com-
plied with the provisions of this Act, it shall be the duty
of the State's Attorney to file in the Criminal Court of
Baltimore City an information against said Board and
against said licensee; and if it shall be found that such
license was improperly issued, said license shall be revoked,
and the members of said Board who voted in favor of
issuing said license shall, in addition to the other penalties
for malfeasance in office, be removed from said office.

688. For the purpose of all hearings and inquiries which
the said Board is authorized to hold and make, it is hereby
authorized to issue summons for witnesses and administer
