erally as to the applicant's or applicants' fitness for the
trust so reposed.
The Clerk to the Board of Beer License Commissioners
shall cause the said application to be advertised at least
once a week for two weeks in some newspaper published in
Prince George's County, and shall collect from the appli-
cant at the time of making application a sufficient sum to
pay for said advertisement.
Section 715. Licenses issued under authority of Section
714 shall be of two kinds:
(1) "On sale" licenses, which shall permit the licensee
to sell beverages for consumption on the premises and also
to sell beverages in original packages for consumption off
the premises.
(2) "Off sale" licenses, which shall permit the licensee
to sell beverages in original packages for consumption off
the premises only.
Neither of said licenses shall permit the sale of any alco-
holic beverage authorized by this Act to any person under
the age of twenty-one years nor to anyone on Sunday, com-
monly called the Sabbath Day.
All applicants for "on sale" licenses shall pay to said
Board a license fee of one hundred dollars per annum, the
same to be paid before the license is issued. "Off sale"
license fees shall be fifty dollars per annum payable
in like manner. Each kind of license shall be good
for one year from its date unless sooner revoked by
the said Board. "On sale" licenses shall be granted only
to bona fide restaurants, incorporated clubs, hotels and/or
concessionaires of any agricultural association or agricul-
tural fair association where restaurant facilities are
available. "On sale" licensees may serve beverages to bona
fide guests only, to be consumed at regular public tables, or,
in case of hotels, may be served in guests' rooms. It shall
be the duty of the Board to have frequent inspections made
of premises of licensees and if it is found that any such
licensee is violating any of the provisions of this section
or the regulations of the Board promulgated hereunder or
is failing to observe in good faith the purposes of this Act,
such license may be revoked after the licensee is given an
opportunity to be heard in his defense. No person, firm,
association, or corporation shall sell or offer for sale by re-
tail within Prince George's County any beverage authorized
