move the members of said Board of Election Supervisors,
and any election officials herein provided for, at any time,
upon written charges after notice and a hearing, and to
fill any vacancies so created, or which may occur by re-
moval from said town, death, resignation or failure to act,
in the same manner as is provided for original appoint-
ments. And no member of such Board of Election Super-
visors or any judge or clerk of election shall be eligible to
an elective or appointive office in said town while so acting.

606. And the said Board of Election Supervisors shall
meet on the first Wednesday in April, 1934, and there-
after biennially on the first Wednesday in April from
8: 00 to 10: 00 P. M. for the purpose of receiving
certificates for nomination for Mayor and City Coun-
cilmen, which said nominations shall be in writing, signed
by not less than thirty duly qualified voters of said town,
specifying the street and ward in which they reside, and
no signature shall be counted if it shall be upon more than
one nomination paper of a candidate for Mayor, upon more
than one nomination paper of two candidates for Council-
men at large, or upon more than one nomination paper of
a candidate for Councilman from each of the three wards.

No certificates of nomination shall be received by the
said Board of Election Supervisors after the said meet-
ing of the said Supervisors for the purpose of receiving
such certificates of nomination, as hereinbefore provided,
except that in the event of any vacancy occurring in nomi-
nations for Mayor and City Councilmen, either by declina-
tion, death, or from any other cause, the same may be filed
in the manner herein provided, at any time prior to the
Wednesday before the day of any election, general or spe-
cial, held hereunder. In the event of any such vacancy
or vacancies occurring thereafter by death, the same shall
be filled as hereinafter provided for other vacancies.
The Supervisors of Election shall cause to be printed
a sufficient number of stickers bearing the name or
names of such substituted nominee or nominees and
shall also cause the same to be affixed in the proper place
or places on each ticket before it is given to the voter.
And no names shall be printed on or affixed to the official
ballot which were not presented to the said Board of Elec-
tion Supervisors in the manner herein provided.

607. The said Board of Election Supervisors shall pre-
pare the ballot to be voted at the elections for Mayor and
City Councilmen, as well as any ballot to be voted at any
