sentatives of the wards to be domiciled in the ward each
shall be chosen to represent.

In case the Mayor and City Council shall determine that
for the convenience of the public it is advisable to have
more than one polling place, then they may, by ordinance,
provide for two or more such polling places, designating
the boundaries of the territory to be served by each of
said polling places and within which the residents shall
vote at such respective voting places. In such case addi-
tional supervisors of election, judges and clerks of elec-
tion shall be appointed in the same manner as hereinafter
provided, and the whole number of supervisors of election
shall constitute the Board of Election Supervisors for the
purpose of receiving nominations as hereinafter provided.
In such case the two supervisors of election provided for
each voting place shall keep separate books for such voting
place, it being the intention of this Act that there shall be
two separate books kept for each voting place in said town.

605. And the Mayor of the said town shall on the
second Monday in March, 1934, and thereafter bien-
nially on the second Monday in March, by and with the
advice and consent of the City Council, appoint two
qualified voters of the said town, not holding any office
under the government of the said town, and who shall
constitute the Board of Election Supervisors of said town,
and who shall act as judges of election, to serve for two
years and until their successors shall have qualified. And
on the second Monday in March, 1934, and thereafter
biennially on the second Monday in March, the Mayor
and City Council shall in like manner appoint two addi-
tional persons to act with the. said Supervisors of Election
as judges of election, and two other persons to act as
clerks of election, all of whom shall have the same quali-
fications as the Board of Election Supervisors.

And the said Board of Election Supervisors and judges
and clerks of election shall receive for their services the
sum of not more than Five dollars for each day or
part thereof they shall act in their several capacities here-
under, to be paid out of the general fund of said town,
and the said Board of Election Supervisors and all judges
and clerks of election before entering upon their duties
as such, shall each take and subscribe an oath to faith-
fully, honestly and without prejudice or partiality per-
form each and every duty required of them under the
provisions of this act or any amendments thereto, and
such paths shall be filed with the clerk to the City Council
of said town, and the Mayor shall have the power to re-
