panics not authorized to do business in this State,
'without complying with the provisions of Sections 74,
75, 76 and 77 shall be a misdemeanor, and any per-
son convicted thereof shall be subject to a fine not
less than one hundred dollars or more than one thousand
dollars, or imprisonment in the jail of Baltimore City or
of the county of this State where such offense may be
committed, for a period not less than one month or more
than six months, in discretion of the court having jurisdic-
tion. Any person who shall act as intermediary in any
manner in procuring or delivering any policy of insurance
in violation of any of said Sections 74, 75, 76 or 77 shall be
subject to all the penalties of this section above enumerated.

CHAPTER 430.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
180 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
title "Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, " sub-heading
"Use of Dealer's Tags, " relating to the use of Used Car
Dealer's Tags.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 180 of Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Ve-
hicles, " sub-heading "Use of Used Car Dealer's Tags, " be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

Section 180. No manufacturer, dealer or distributor
shall be entitled to obtain or use tags or markers, issued
under the provisions of Class D, Section 182 of this Article,
unless he shall first register with the Commissioner of
Motor Vehicles, as herein provided. Such registration shall
be made under oath upon blank forms to be provided by the
Commissioner, shall set forth the trade name of the appli-
cant, the location of his place of business and of all places
used by him for the storage of motor vehicles, and shall
state whether such applicant is an individual, firm or cor-
poration, giving the names and addresses of the individuals
or partners interested in said business, and if a corpora-
tion, the name and addresses of its officers and directors.
