petitions and remonstrances shall be heard; and said Court
shall in its discretion whenever in its opinion any of the
grounds or reasons hereinbefore in this section referred to
exist disallow said license and shall direct said Clerk not
to issue the same, but if said Court shall determine that
said license shall be issued, then the Clerk shall issue the
same. The decision of said Court shall be final. The Court
costs attending said proceedings shall be borne by the los-
ing party or parties.

316H. No city or incorporated town in Allegany
County may impose any additional regulations or restric-
tions or additional license fees upon the manufacture, sale,
transportation, or distribution of the beverages herein re-
ferred to, anything in the respective charters or respective
ordinances and resolutions of said municipalities to the
contrary notwithstanding.

316 I. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, club
or corporation holding any license as aforesaid to sell or
give or allow to be sold or given away in said licensed place
or removed from said premises any of the beverages herein
licensed on Sunday; or between the hours of twelve o'clock
midnight and five o'clock A. M.; or to knowingly sell the
same to persons under the age of twenty-one years; or to.
sell or offer for sale upon said licensed premises any bev-
erages of an alcoholic content greater than herein provided;
or to allow any person of intemperate habits or any person
under the age of twenty-one years or any disorderly per-
son to loiter, loaf or be employed upon said premises. Any
person who shall violate any of the provisions of this sec-
tion shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding Five
Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) or imprisonment not exceeding
six months in the House of Correction or in jail or both
fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the Court, and
in addition thereto the license issued under the provisions
of this Act to any person so convicted shall automatically
stand revoked.

316J. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
poration to manufacture, sell or offer for sale or dis-
tribute for sale any beer, lager beer, porter and wine, fer-
mented malt or vinous liquor or fruit juice containing one-
half of one per centum or more of alcohol by volume and
not more than 3. 2 per centum of alcohol by weight without
first having secured a license as herein provided. Any
person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the
provisions of this section shall be punishable by a fine not
