ble, if not, by such other apt description as definitely
locates it;
(e) The class of license desired;
(d) The name of the owner of the premises upon which
the business sought to be licensed is to be carried on;
(e) A statement that the applicant, if an individual or
members of a firm or association, is, or are, a citizen, or
citizens, of the United States and is, or are, not less than
twenty-one years of age; and is, or are, residents of the
State of Maryland.
(f) In the case of an application for either a retailer's
"On and Off Sale" license, or a retailer's "Off Sale" license,
a statement that no brewer or manufacturer or distiller
of any of the beverages herein referred to has or will have
any interest, direct or indirect, in the establishment or
business for which said retail license is sought; in case of
application for an "Off Sale" license that said applicant
will not sell, barter, exchange or give away any said bever-
ages for consumption on the licensee's premises.
(g) A statement that said applicant will not knowingly
sell any of said beverages to persons under the age of
twenty-one years;
(h) A statement that said applicant will not sell or offer
for sale in his place of business any beverages of an alco-
holic content greater than herein provided;
(i) That said applicant will not allow any person of in-
temperate habits, any minor or disorderly person to loiter
or loaf or be employed upon said premises;
(j) That said applicant will not sell or give or allow to
be sold or given away in said licensed place or remove
from said premises any of said beverages on Sunday;
(k) That said applicant will not sell said beverages be-
tween the hours of twelve o'clock midnight and five o'clock
A. M.;
(1) Each application for a license must be verified by
the affidavit of the applicant and if any applicant shall
make a material false statement in any part of his said
application, he shall be deemed guilty of perjury and upon
conviction thereof his license shall immediately become
null and void and the applicant be subject to the penalty
provided by law for that crime.
316F. There shall be annexed to every such application
the affidavit of at least six reputable citizens residing or
doing business in the neighborhood in which the petitioner
