tion 304 of said Article, making it unlawful to shoot, kill
or wound a dog, or dogs, while pursuing a fox followed
by huntsmen.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and the same is hereby
added to Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Foxes, " to
follow immediately after Section 304 of said Article and
to read as follows:
Section 304-A. Be it further enacted, That it shall be
unlawful for any person or persons of Dorchester County
to shoot, kill or wound any dog, or dogs, while pursuing
any fox followed by huntsmen; any person violating the
provisions of this Act shall be guilty of misdemeanor, and
upon conviction thereof, by a Justice of the Peace or the
Circuit Court for Dorchester County, shall be subject to a
fine of not more than twenty-five ($25. 00) dollars and upon
conviction thereof shall stand committed until fine and cost
are paid.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 365.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (Flack Edition), title
"Dorchester County, " sub-title "Commissioners, " to be
known as Section 207A and follow immediately after
Section 207 of said Article, authorizing and empowering
the County Commissioners for Dorchester County to
employ a county detective to operate under the super-
vision and direction of the State's Attorney for Dor-
chester County.
* SECTION 1. - Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and is hereby added to
Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(Flack Edition), title "Dorchester County, " sub-title
"Commissioners, " said section to be known as Section 107A
