650 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 364

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That W. Hamilton Spedden, Cashier of the
People's Loan, Savings & Deposit Bank of Cambridge,
Maryland, a corporation of the State of Maryland, or his
successor, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
pay unto the Board of Education of Dorchester County the
sum of four thousand seventy seven and 28/100 dollars
($4077. 28) with interest accrued and to accrue thereon, it
being the sum now standing to his credit in the aforesaid
Bank, under an agreement in writing between the said
Board of Education and the "High School Building Com-
mission, " a body created by Chapter 493, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January ses-
sion, 1931.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That after reim-
bursing itself for any expense incurred in the execution of
the plan called for in an agreement in writing between the
"Board of Education" of Dorchester County and the "High
School Building Commission, " a body created by Chapter
493 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at its January session, 1931, including the difference
between the interest received on the said deposit of money
and that paid on money borrowed by it for the purpose
aforesaid, the said Board of Education of Dorchester
County is authorized and directed to pay unto the County
Commissioners of Dorchester County any surplus remain-
ing in its' hands, derived from the sale of the bonds author-
ized by the Act aforesaid, the said sum to be deposited by
the said County Commissioners to the credit of the sinking
fund provided for the redemption and payment of the bonds
authorized by the Acts of 1931, Chapter 493.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
