Section 513. The said salary of eighteen hundred dol-
lars per annum shall be paid to the State's Attorney by the
said County Commissioners in equal monthly installments
the first day of each and every month in each and every
year, and the said County Commissioners shall levy an-
nually the said sum of eighteen hundred dollars or so much
thereof as may be necessary, for the purpose of paying the
said salary to the said, State's Attorney.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 359.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendment Section
201 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Com-
missioners. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 201 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County, "
sub-title "Commissioners, " be and the same is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendment.

Section 201. The annual salary of each County Com-
missioner shall be six hundred dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

Approved April 21, 1933.

184 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Treas-
