"Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Wills, " changing the
law relating to the time within which caveats or other
objections to wills, testaments, codicils, or other testa-
mentary papers may be filed.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 352 of Article 93 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, entitled
"Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Wills, " be, and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, so as
to read as follows:
352. No will, testament, codicil or other testamentary
paper shall be subject to caveat or other objection to its
validity after the expiration of one year from its probate.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1st, 1933.

CHAPTER 358.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
512 and 513 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title
"State's Attorney. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 512 and 513 of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester
County, " sub-title "State's Attorney, " be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments.
Section 512. The said State's Attorney of said Dorches-
ter County in lieu of the fees heretofore received by him
as provided in Section 22 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public General Laws, or as provided for in any local law
for Dorchester County, shall receive a salary of eighteen
hundred dollars per annum as full compensation for the
entire services as required by him by any law of this State,
to be paid to him by the said County Commissioners of
Dorchester County.
