orities of landlords for rent in cases where a tenant has
made an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or shall
be adjudicated insolvent, or shall be adjudicated bank-
rupt, or shall be dissolved as a corporation, or a receiver
is appointed to take possession of the tenant's property
or estate.

CHAPTER 291.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
1 of Article 57 of the Annotated Code of the Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, 1924 Edition, title "Limitations
of Actions, " for the purpose of defining more clearly the
period of limitations in actions on the case for libel and
slander.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 292.

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County, " to be under sub-title "Game and
Furbearing Animals, " said new sections to be known as
Sections 405A, 405B and 405C and to follow immediately
after Section 405 of said Article, to protect game and
fur-bearing animals in Montgomery County by prohib-
iting the trapping or taking of same by any snare, dead-
fall, steel trap or other similar device and to provide
penalties for the violation thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That three new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " to
be under sub-title "Game and Fur-bearing Animals, " said
new sections to be known as sections 405A, 405B and 405C,
to follow immediately after Section 405 of said Article and
to read as follows:
