election district of County,
Maryland, (or before the Justice of the Peace at large for
said County or in the People's Court of Baltimore City) to
recover damages for the wrongs set forth in the copy of
the declaration, cause of action or titling attached hereto;
and that service of process against you has been made by
leaving a copy of such process in the hands of the Secre-
tary of the State of Maryland, or in his office; and that
you must plead to said declaration, cause of action or titling
within sixty days from the date of delivery noted upon
your return receipt to this letter, or else judgment by de-
fault may be entered against you.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 289.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
233 of Article 16 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Chancery, " sub-title
"Sales, " so as to confer upon executors, administrators
or other personal representatives of a decedent the right
to file a creditor's bill for the sale of the real estate of a
decedent in cases where the personal estate of such de-
cedent is insufficient to pay the debts of the estate and
costs of administration.

(Vetoed. )

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 47 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
"Insolvents, " said new section to be known as Section
15A and to follow immediately after Section 15 of said
