(b) To "Juniata College, located at Huntingdon, Hunt-
ingdon County, in the State of Pennsylvania, " the residue
of estate in accordance with the provisions of the Will of
said Testatrix.

To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of Jabez D. Powell, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court for Carroll County on January 16th, 1933, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 184, etc.. as
follows:

(a) To "The Vestry of the Parish of the Ascension of
Carroll County, a religious corporation, the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars. "

(b) To "The Ellsworth Cemetery Company of Carroll
County, a corporation, the sum of One Hundred Dollars, "
to be used in accordance with provisions of the Will of said
Testator.

To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($1000. 00) to
Emanuel Church of Baltimore as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Fanny T. Turnbull, probated in the
Orphans' Court for Baltimore City on January 31, 1931,
and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills for Bal-
timore City in Wills Liber No. 171, Folio 148, etc.

To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) to the
Zion Church of Baltimore as made under Item 3 of the
Codicil of the last Will and Testament of Carrie Kaber-
nagel, probated in the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City
on June 7, 1932, and recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills of said Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No.
173, Folio 530, etc.

To the devises and bequests as contained in the last Will
and Testament, and the Codicil thereto attached, of Vic-
torine P. Butler, late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly ad-
mitted to probate by the Orphans' Court for said Baltimore
City on the 20th day of July, 1927, and recorded in the
Office of the Register of Wills for said City in Wills Liber
E. R. D. No. 158, Folio 517, etc.. as follows:

(a) To Father Cornelius F. Thomas, Rector of St. Ann's
Catholic Church for Masses for myself and my deceased
husband, John H. Butler, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500. 00);

(b) To Anna Butler Galloway, daughter of said Testa-
trix, if she be living at the time of the Testatrix's death
and if she be not living at the time of the death of said
