Testatrix, then unto Joseph B. Galloway, husband of said
Anna Butler Galloway, for and during the term of his
natural life and from and after his death to the Little
Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City and Saint Vincent's
Orphans' Asylum, located on York Road near Towson, in
equal shares, absolutely, all the rest and residue of the
estate, both real and personal, of the said Testatrix, Vic-
torine P. Butler.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from John A.
Farley, Trustee, to Joseph B. Galloway for life with re-
mainder to the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City
and Saint Vincent's Male Orphans' Asylum of Baltimore
City, said Deed being dated February 20, 1933, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City on
February 21, 1933.

To the bequest of Seven Hundred Dollars to the Har
Sinai Congregation of Baltimore as contained in the last
Will and Testament of Maude F. Snellenburg, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, dated December 21, 1931, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber E. R. D, No. 173, Folio 19, etc.

To the gifts; bequests and devises contained in the last
Will and Testament of Edmund K. Maidlow, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, dated June 1st, 1927, duly recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
aforesaid, in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 173, Folio 144, etc.. as follows:

(a) To the various gifts, devises and bequests to the
Proper Officials of Epiphany Lutheran Church of Powell-
naron, the same being a religious corporation or church,
duly incorporated under the Laws of the State of Mary-
land, for the uses in said Will set forth:

(b) To the various gifts, devises and bequests to Rev.
F. A. Hightman, Pastor of Epiphany Lutheran Church of
Powellnaron.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Benjamin
C. Howard, Jr.. to the Congregation Lubawitch Nusach
Ari, Incorporated, of Baltimore City, dated December 21,
1931, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5273, Folio 569, etc.

To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Annie Horisburg Nuitz, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, dated January 13, 1931, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore City on February 14, 1931, and re-
