corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 157, etc.. as
follows:

(a) To "the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
Church, of Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum
of Three Hundred Dollars, the same, to be securely invested
by them, and two-thirds of the interest arising therefrom
to be paid to the Cemetery Fund of the said church, and
the other one-third of the said interest to be paid to the
general treasury of the said church. "

To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of Samuel B. Stermer, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, on October 25th, 1932, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 170, etc.. as
follows:

(a) "The sum of Twenty-five ($25. 00) Dollars to the
upper Cororus Congregation of the Church of the Brethren
to be applied to the grave-yard and burial-yard Fund, the
interest thereof to be used to keep the grave of myself and
of my wife in repairs. "

To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of Louisa C. Hammond, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, lon November 22nd, 1932, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 179, etc.. as
follows:

(a) To "the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum
of Three Hundred Dollars, the same to be securely invested
by them, and the income arising therefrom to be used for
keeping my grave and the graves of my near relatives in
good condition, and for other cemetery purposes. "

To the bequests contained, in, the last Will and Testament
of Carrie Ellen Englar, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County on December 12th; 1932, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 180, as

follows:

(a) To the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of Bethel, New Windsor Circuit, Carroll County, Maryland,
a religious body corporate, of the State of Maryland, the
sum of five hundred dollars, " to be held by it in accordance
with the provisions of the Will of said Testatrix.
