Orphans' Court of Carroll County on May 2nd, 1932, and
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 142, etc.. as
follows:
(a) To "the Minister and Trustees of the Methodist
Protestant Church of the Brandenburg Appoint in Carroll
County, a religious corporation, whose church at Berrett
I have always attended, " all the rest and residue of estate
of testator, "said money to be held in Trust, and is to be
invested in good securities, and so much of the income de-
rived therefrom as may be necessary is to be used for the
up-keep of my family lot in the cemetery connected with
said church, and the balance of said income is to be used
for its general purposes. In event said church should be
abandoned as a place of public worship, then said money
is to revert to my estate, and to be divided among my heirs
at law. "
To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of Alice E. Tracy, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County on May 31st, 1932, and recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County, in
Wills Liber No. 14, Folio 146, etc.. as follows:
(a) To "the Trustees of Lazarus Lutheran Church, near
Lineboro, said Carroll County, State of Maryland, the sum
of Three Hundred ($300. 00) Dollars, in trust, the income
thereof to be used in the upkeep of the burial lot in the
graveyard connected with said Church in which I and my
deceased husband will be buried, as also the burial lot in
said graveyard in which my daughter, Carrie M. Folk, as
also the burial lot in said graveyard in which Cornelius R.
Wentz and Caroline Wentz, his wife, my father and mother,
are buried. "
To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of Mary E. Starr, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County on August 22nd, 1932, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 156, etc.. as
follows:
(a) To "the Board of Managers of Mount Carmel Ceme-
tery of Littlestown, Adams Co.. Pa.. the sum of One Hun-
dred Dollars as a perpetual endowment for the upkeep of
my cemetery lot in said cemetery. "
To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of Gertie E. Rowe, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County on August 22nd, 1932, and re-
