(a) To "the Trustees of the United Brethren Church of
Manchester, Md.. the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, with
the request that they keep up my and my mother's graves. "
(b) To "the Trustees of Bachman's Lutheran Church
the sum of One Hundred Dollars, with the request that
they keep up my father's grave. "
(c) To "the Trustees of the Lutheran Church of Man-
chester, Md.. the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be theirs
absolutely. "
To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of John W. Hoffacker, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County on January 25, 1932, and recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills for said County, in
Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 124, etc.. as follows:
(a) After the death of Lydia Frances Hoffacker, widow,
to "Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery Association the
sum of Two Hundred Dollars, for the purpose of keeping
our lot in order. "
To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Martha A. West, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, on January 25th, 1932, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 125, etc.. as follows:
(a) To the "Trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran Con-
gregation of Winters Church" "the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars, plus the collateral inheritance tax, so that said
Corporation will have the net sum of three hundred dollars
to invest. And it is my request that said Trustees will in-
vest said bequest in some safe investment or savings bank
and the income to be paid to the pastor as part of his
salary. "
(b) To "St. Luke's Winters Evangelical Lutheran Ceme-
tery Co. " "the sum of three hundred dollars plus the col-
lateral inheritance tax. While this bequest to said Cor-
poration is absolutely, it is my wish and desire that said
three hundred dollars to be invested in some Trust Com-
pany or Savings Bank and the income from said money or
so much as may be necessary paid annually to the sexton
of cemetery for the proper keeping of the lots and graves
of Jacob Frounfelter and family and husband and my lot. "
