for the improvement and maintenance of the St. Luke's
Winter's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery. "

To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Walter B. Yount, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, on January 18th, 1932, and of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 120, etc.. as
follows:

(a) After the death of Emma J. Yount, widow of the
Testator, "one-third of that portion of my estate which
exists in the form of bonds, Matured life insurance, bank-
stock or money in bank, to the General Mission Board of
the Church of the Brethren, a religious body corporate,
whose place of business is at Elgin, Illinois. "

(b) After the death of Emma J. Yount, widow of the
Testator, "should there be neither son nor widow nor issue
to take, " as provided by will, the residue to "the General
Mission Board of the Church of the Brethren, a religious
body corporate, whose place of business is at Elgin,
Illinois. "

To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of E. Scott Koons, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills for said County, in Wills Liber W. F. B.
No. 14, Folio 122, etc.. as follows:

(a) After the death of Edna L. Koons, widow, to "the
Trustees of the Cemetery at the Mt. Union Evangelical
Lutheran Church, in Middleburg District, Carroll County,
Maryland, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00), the
same to be safely invested, and the income arising there-
from to be used for keeping my burial lot in good condi-
tion, and for other cemetery purposes. "

(b) After the death of Edna L. Koons, widow, the pro-
ceeds of the residue of estate to be divided into two equal
parts; "one part of which I give and bequeath to the
Tressler Orphans' Home of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the General Synod in the United States, located
at Loysville, Pennsylvania; and the other part of which I
give and bequeath to the National Lutheran Home for the
Aged, located at Washington, District of Columbia. "

To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Sarah C. Shaffer, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County on January 8th, 1932, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for Carroll
