(a) To "the Church of which I am a member, at Black
Rock, Pa.. the sum of Two Hundred Dollars. "

(a) To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Sarah C. Miller, deceased, probated by the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County, on July 20th, 1931, and
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 64, etc.. as
follows:

(a) To "the President and Board of Managers of the
Westminster Cemetery Company in the City of West-
minster, Maryland, and its successors, the sum of One Hun-
dred Dollars ($100. 00), absolutely, the income from which
is to be used for the purpose of keeping in good order the
lot of my father, the late William Miller, which is located
in said Cemetery and in which it is my wish to be buried*"

To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of Caroline Scrivnor Stockdale, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County, on September 21st,
1931, and of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for Carroll County, in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 84, etc.. as follows:

(a) To "the Trustees of Wesley Chapel Methodist Epis-
copal Church (called Old Freedom Church) near Freedom
in Carroll County, Maryland, where the Scrivnor family is
buried, the sum of Four Hundred Dollars absolutely, with
the request that the income be used for the care and up-
keep of the cemetery and church buildings. "

To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Charles F. Beck, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County on November 3rd, 1931, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County, in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 101, etc.. as
follows:

(a) To "Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church of Car-
roll County, Maryland, a corporation, the sum of Two Hun-
dred Dollars, to be held in trust by said Messiah Evangeli-
cal Lutheran Church of Carroll County, Maryland, for the
improvement and maintenance of the cemetery or grave-
yard in connection with said Church. "
