sum of One Hundred Dollars, the income therefrom to be
used in taking care of my and wife's graves. "

To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Minerva A. Harman, deceased, said Will being probated
by the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, on April 13th,
1931, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said County, in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 43,
etc.. as follows:

(a) To "the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum
of Fifty ($50. 00) Dollars, to be invested by them, and the
income arising therefrom to be used in keeping our ceme-
tery lot in good condition. "

(b) To "the Tressler Orphans' Home, located in Loys-
ville, Pennsylvania, the sum of One Hundred ($100. 00)
Dollars. "

(e) To "the Board of Ministerial Pensions and Relief
of the United Lutheran Church in America, One Hundred
Dollars. "

(d) To "the Women's Missionary Society of the United
Lutheran Church in America, One Hundred Dollars. "

(e) To "the Trinity Lutheran Church, Taneytown,
Maryland, for the use of its general treasury, One Hundred
Dollars. "

(f) To "the Sunday School of Trinity Lutheran Church,
Taneytown, Maryland, Ten Dollars. "

(g) To "the Mite Society of Trinity Lutheran Church,
Taneytown, Maryland, Ten Dollars. "

(h) To "the Good Shepherd Home, located at Allentown,
Pennsylvania, Twenty-five Dollars. "

To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of Ella M. Sterner, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County on June 8th, 1931, and recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills for said County, in
Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 52, etc.. as follows:

(a) To "the Lutheran Church Council of Lineboro
Church, of which I am a member, the sum of Three Hun-
dred Dollars, for the advancement of the principals of
truth and righteousness. "

To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testament
of David H. Burke, deceased, probated by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, on June 23rd, 1931, and recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills for said County, in
Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, Folio 57, etc.. as follows:
