WHEREAS, It is the intention of the said "The Commis-
sioners of Vienna" to offer a bill for the action of The Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland in the year 1933, authorizing
and empowering them to borrow Twenty Thousand Dol-
lars ($20, 000. 00) upon the faith and credit of the said
Town of Vienna, Maryland, it is hereby requested that the
said Chapter 423 of the Acts of 1922 of the Laws of Mary-
land be repealed.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 423 of the Acts of 1922 of the
Laws of Maryland, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1933.

CHAPTER 204.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 292 of the Acts of 1931, en-
titled "An Act to prohibit the sale, manufacture and/or
firing of firecrackers, squibs, rockets and other combusti-
ble fireworks in the Seventh Election District of Mont-
gomery County, " and to add three new sections to
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title
"Fireworks, " said new sections to be known as Sections
326A, 326B and 326C and to follow immediately after
Section 326 of said Article, prohibiting the sale, manu-
facture or firing of firecrackers, squibs, rockets and other
combustible fireworks in the fifth precinct of the Seventh
Election District of Montgomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That three new sections (be and they are hereby
added to Article 16 of the Code of public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, "
sub-title "fireworks, " said new; sections to be known as
Sections 326A, 326B and 326C, to follow immediately after
Section 326, of said Article and to read as fellows:
326A. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons,
partnership, association, or body corporate to manufacture,
