sell, or offer for sate any firecrackers, squibs, rockets, or precinct of the Seventh Election District of Montgomery County, except that sales thereof, when made from stocks
or supplies kept within permanently constructed buildings,
a Sunday, sales may be made on July 5th. to fire, detonate, set off, or burn any firecrackers, squibs, rockets, or other combustible fireworks within the limits of the said fifth precinct of the Seventh Election District of Montgomery County at any other time than July 2nd to
4th, both inclusive; provided, however; —when July 4th
County from promulgating regulations and issuing permits
to exceed the sum of Twenty-five Dollars. ($25. 00) for each SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Chapter 292 of the Acts of 1931, entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale,
manufacture and/or firing firecrackers, squibs, rockets District of Montgomery County, '' be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall Approved April 21, 1933. CHAPTER 205.
