sell, or offer for sate any firecrackers, squibs, rockets, or
other combustible fireworks within the limits of the fifth

precinct of the Seventh Election District of Montgomery

County, except that sales thereof, when made from stocks

or supplies kept within permanently constructed buildings,
may be made between July 1st and July 4th of each year,
both inclusive. provided however when July 4th comes on

a Sunday, sales may be made on July 5th.

326B. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons

to fire, detonate, set off, or burn any firecrackers, squibs,

rockets, or other combustible fireworks within the limits

of the said fifth precinct of the Seventh Election District

of Montgomery County at any other time than July 2nd to

4th, both inclusive; provided, however; —when July 4th
comes on a Sunday, the time shall extend to and include
July 5th; and provide further, that nothing in this Act
shall prevent the County Commissioners of Montgomery

County from promulgating regulations and issuing permits
thereunder for such fee or fees as the Commissioners may
prescribe, to allow the use and sale of combustible fire-
works for special occasion at any time.
326C: Any person or persons, association, or body cor-
porate violating any of the provisions of this Act, upon,
conviction before the Police Justice of Montgomery County
or in the Circuit Court of Montgomery shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor 2nd shall pay a fine not

to exceed the sum of Twenty-five Dollars. ($25. 00) for each
offense.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Chapter 292

of the Acts of 1931, entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale,

manufacture and/or firing firecrackers, squibs, rockets
and other combustible fireworks in the Seventh Election

District of Montgomery County, '' be and it is hereby

repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
