Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared
and given to the bequest to the Trustees of West Baltimore
Station Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore City,
made by and contained in the last will and testament of
Virginia E. Watson, late of Baltimore City, deceased, dated
October 18th, 1921, duly probated and now of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for said City.

. SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
being passed upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

Approved March 31, 1933.

CHAPTER 11.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland to the bequests contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Florence W. Doub, of
Frederick City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared
granted and given to the following bequests contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Florence W. Doub, of
Frederick City, Frederick County, said Will being dated
January 21, 1928, and recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Frederick County in Liber C. H. B., No. 1,
folio 564:

1. To the Centennial Memorial United Brethren Church
of Frederick, two thousand dollars.

2. To the United Brethren Orphanage Home at Quincy,
Pennsylvania, six thousand dollars, and certain articles
enumerated in Item No. 9 of the aforesaid will.

3. To the Young Men's Christian Association of Fred-
erick, a body corporate, two thousand dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
