said Board of Education of Washington County, counter-
signed by the treasurer of said board.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the provisions
of this Act shall be construed as additional and supple-
mentary to and not in substitution for or in conflict with
any of the provisions of the General Laws of this State
relating to public schools and the powers of the State
Superintendent of Schools, in regard to the plans, construc-
tion and erection of public school buildings.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of paying the interest on said bonds and for redeeming
said bonds as they mature the said County Commissioners
of Washington County shall for the year 1934 and annually
thereafter until all of said bonds issued under the authority
of this Act shall mature and be redeemed, levy a tax upon
the assessable property of said county sufficient to pay the
annual interest on said bonds outstanding and to redeem
said bonds as they mature and become due, said taxes to
be collected as other taxes levied in said county are col-
lected.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That Chapters 135
and 386 of the Acts of 1931, authorizing bond issues for
school buildings at Sharpsburg and Sandy Hook, be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the bequest to the Trustees of
West Baltimore Station Methodist Protestant Church of
Baltimore City by Virginia E. Watson, late of Baltimore
City, deceased.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
