exceed $2, 000. 00 per Company) as may be necessary from
time to time for the purchase, maintenance, and replace-
ment reserve of such additional Volunteer Fire Companies
as may be organized, provided such companies have com-
plied with the requirements of this Act. No Volunteer Fire
Company shall be organized in any part of Anne Arundel
County (outside of the City of Annapolis) without the ap-
proval of the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County. No Volunteer Fire Company shall be organized
in the City of Annapolis without the approval of the Mayor
and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 170.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
308 and 309 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " decreasing
the compensation of the County Commissioners and
eliminating certain obsolete provisions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 308 and 309 of Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Prince George's County, " sub-title "County Commis-
sioners, " be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, to read as follows:
308. The five County Commissioners for Prince
George's County, hereafter elected shall receive as full
compensation for their services, the sum of two hundred
and seventy dollars per annum payable monthly and
shall not receive any extra compensation of any kind what-
soever and they shall meet at their office in Upper Marlboro
twice in each month or oftener if in their judgment the
public interest shall require.
309. In case of vacancy in said Board of County Com-
missioners from any cause whatever the Governor shall
