200. The Judges of the Circuit Court for Prince
George's County be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to appoint an official court reporter for said court,
who shall be an expert stenographer, shall be a sworn
officer of said court, shall hold office during the pleasure
of the judges of said court, and shall be paid a per diem of
thirteen dollars and fifty cents ($13. 50), for each
and every day of actual service, payable by the County
Treasurer of said county, as a part of the court ex-
penses, upon the presentation of the certificate of the
clerk, or of any of the judges of said court, showing the
attendance and services of said reporter.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 149.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
129 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil County, " sub-title
"County Commissioners, " to reduce the salary of the
County Commissioners of said County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 129 of Article 8 of the 'Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Cecil County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows:
129. The County Commissioners of Cecil County here-
after elected or appointed shall receive an annual salary
of one thousand dollars in lieu of all other compensa-
tion, per diem or mileage, and shall be required to devote
all their time to the duties of said office. (The President
of the Board shall receive one hundred dollars additional
pay. )
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or
parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
