CHAPTER 147.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
258 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "Constables, " so as to provide that the
constable appointed for each election district of said
County shall be a resident of said district.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 258 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Constables, " be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so
as to read as follows:
258. There shall be one constable for each of the several
election districts of Prince George's County; provided that
each constable appointed by the County Commissioners of
said County shall be a resident of the election district for
which he is appointed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 148.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
200 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-heading "Court
Stenographer, " as said section was amended by Chapter
336 of the Acts of 1931, decreasing the compensation of
the Court Stenographer of Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 200 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-
heading "Court Stenographer, " as said section was
amended by Chapter 336 of the Acts of 1931, be, and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:
