CHAPTER 121.

AN ACT to incorporate the town of Woodland Beach, in
Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

CHAPTER 122.

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 3 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland, Flack's Code (Edition of 1930),
title "Baltimore County, " sub-title "County Commis-
sioners, " said new section immediately to follow Section
135 and to be known as Section 135A, authorizing the
County Commissioners of Baltimore County to borrow
upon the faith and credit of said County at any time and
from time to time on or before June 1st, 1935, sums not
exceeding at any one time five hundred and fifty thou-
sand dollars ($550, 000. 00) in the aggregate actually out-
standing under this section and Section 126 of said Arti-
cle 3, and authorizing the issuance of notes therefor,
maturing on or before June 1st, 1936; and further pro-
viding for the repayment of any such sums, together
with interest thereon, by taxes levied upon the assess-
able property of said County, and declaring that this Act
is an emergency law and shall take effect immediately
upon its passage, and that partial invalidity shall not
affect the remainder.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That one new and additional section be and it is
hereby added to Article 3 of the Public, Local Laws of
Maryland, Flack's Code (Edition of 1930), title "Baltimore
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " said new sec-
tion immediately to follow Section 135 and to be known as
Section 135A, and to read as follows:


Section. 135A. At any time and, from time to time on or

before the first day of June, 1935, whenever the amount of
taxes collected and/or of funds available from taxes col-
lected shall be insufficient to meet the current expenses
and/or current obligations, of any and every character, of
Baltimore County, and/or at any time/and from time to
time on or before said first day of June, 1935, whenever in
the opinion of the Board, of County Commissioners of Bal-
