said sections relating to the payment of bounties for
killing weasels, wildcats and foxes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 526 and 527 of Article 12 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Wild Animals, " be and
they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 103.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
47A of Article 39 of the Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Tidal Waters, "
as same was enacted by Chapter 165 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1931, pertaining to fishing with
anchored gill nets.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 47 A of Article 39 of the Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-
title "Tidal Waters, " as same was enacted by Chapter 165
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1931, be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
to read as follows:
Section 47A. The use of anchored gill nets is hereby
prohibited in that area of Chesapeake Bay, which is
bounded on the north by a line drawn from Turkey Point
on the Eastern Shore to Locust Point on Spesutia Island,
and on the south by a line drawn from the mouth of Fairlee
Creek in Kent County to Robins Point in Harford County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such incon-
sistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
