would receive the direct benefits from the use of the gas
without it being measured or registered on a meter as
aforesaid.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 101.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
34 of Article 39 of the Public General Laws of Maryland,
title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Further Regulations
in County Waters, " as same was enacted by Chapter 423
of the Acts of 1931, pertaining to fishing in Garrett
County.
SECTION 1. Be it further enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That Section 34 of Article 39 of the Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-
title "Further Regulations in County Waters, " as same was
enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of 1931, be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
to read as follows:
Section 34. Garrett County. It shall be unlawful for
any person to take or catch fish from or in Savage River or
the Little Savage River and its tributaries, in Garrett
County, Maryland, except during the trout season, April
1st to June 30th, each year. Any person violating the pro-
visions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor, and, upon conviction, fined not less than five dol-
lars ($5. 00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
