the said Commissioners.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 86.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
499 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-
title "Sheriff, " reducing the amount to, be levied for the
expenses of the Sheriff of Garrett County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 499 of Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Gar-
rett County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

499. The County Commissioners of Garrett County are
hereby authorized and directed to levy Three Hundred
($300) Dollars annually for the expenses of the Sheriff of
said County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 87.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
501 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-
title "State's Attorney, " as said section was amended
by Chapter 211 of the Acts of 1931, reducing the amount
to be paid to the State's Attorney for Garrett County
for expenses.
