Kingan, which Will is recorded among the records of the
Register of Wills for Montgomery County in Wills Liber
P. E. W. No. 2, folio 271, as follows, viz:
I give and devise in fee simple my house and all my land
adjoining the same, located at the Southeast corner of
Kirke Street and Brookville Road, being part of Block 34,
Section 2 of Chevy Chase, Montgomery County, Maryland,
and being all of the real estate owned by me in said Chevy
Chase, Montgomery County, Maryland, to the Vestry of
Chevy Chase Parish of the Diocese of Washington.
157. To the bequest to the Vestry of the Chevy Chase
Parish of the Diocese of Washington, the sum of Five
thousand dollars ($5000.00), as contained in the Last Will
and Testament and Codicil thereto of Frances Young,
which Will is recorded among the records of the Register
of Wills for Montgomery County in Wills Liber P. E. W.
No. 14, folio 409.
158. To the bequest of Two thousand dollars ($2,-
000.00) to the Vestry of Holy Trinity Parish in Prince
George's County, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mrs. Marie Lee Bennett Bowie, which Will has
been probated in Baltimore City.
159. To the bequest to Zion Lutheran Church contained
in the Will of Helene Wehr, dated May 12th, 1931, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 171, folio 166.
160. To the bequest to The Vestry of Emmanuel Protes-
tant Episcopal Church contained in the Will of Katie C.
Oudesluys, dated March 17th, 1932, and admitted to pro-
bate in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on December
29th, 1932.
161. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Frederick Bauernschmidt, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, and the Codicil thereto, which said Will and
Codicil were admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City on March 16th, 1933, as follows:
(a) Zion Church of Baltimore City.
(b) The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, Phila-
delphia Foundation of St. Joseph's Hospital, Baltimore,
Maryland.
(c) Little Sisters of the Poor.
