(a) Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore.

138. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Frances C. Nunan, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
said City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 174, folio 30, to the
following, viz:

(a) Reverend Peter J. O'Carroll, S. J..for Masses.

(b) Associated Professors of Woodstock College (called
in Will ("Woodstock, Md.") for the education of a student
for the priesthood.

(c) Reverend Peter J. O'Carroll—Masses.

(d) Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore City
(called in Will "St. Vincent de Paul").

(e) Home and Foreign Mission Society for the Propaga-
tion of the Faith of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Inc.
(called in Will "The Propagation of the Faith").

(f) For Gregorian Masses.

(g) The Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore (called in Will
"Carmelite Convent").

(h) Little Sisters of the Poor, Baltimore, Md.

139. To a grant contained in a Deed from the National
Junior Republic of the City of Baltimore, to the Inner Mis-
sion Society of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more City and Vicinity, Inc..dated February 20, 1933, and
recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel County
on February 27, 1933, conveying certain property situate
near Annapolis Junction in Anne Arundel County, Mary-
land, comprising three tracts of land containing in the
aggregate one hundred forty-four acres more or less, and
known as the "Newbold Farm," and also known as "Jolly
Acres," subject to the condition that if said property is
disposed of by the grantee within ten years of the date of
its acquisition, one-half of the proceeds of any sale shall
be turned over to the Maryland Children's Aid Society, Inc.

140 To a bequest of Five hundred dollars ($500.00) to
the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Inc..contained in
the Will of Robert G. Gait, dated December 30, 1932, and
filed among the records of the Register of Wills for Balti-
