ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 1315

(a) The Vestry of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore, (de-
scribed in Will as "The Vestry of the Emmanuel Protes-
tant Episcopal Church") to be paid into the Endowment
Fund.

(b) The Church Home and Infirmary of the City of
Baltimore (described in Will as "The Church Home and
Infirmary"), to be devoted to the maintenance of free beds.

133. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of William T. Brierly, deceased, late of Balti-
more City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 170, folio 386,
to the following, viz:

(a) Reverend Edgar Powers.

(b) Harlem Park Methodist Episcopal Church,
(c) The Maryland Workshop for the Blind.

(d) The Magothy Methodist Episcopal Church.

(e) The Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church.

134. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament and Codicil thereto of G. Clem Goodrich, de-
ceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the office of
the Register of Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D.
No. 173, folio 67, to the following, viz:

(a) St. Johns Reformed Church at Clear Spring, Wash-
ington County, Md.

(b) Presbyterian Home of Maryland, Inc..connected
with the Brown Memorial Church, Park and Lafayette
Aves..Baltimore, Md.

135. To the bequest to the Vestry of Emmanuel Church,
Baltimore, (described in Will as "Vestry of Emmanuel
(P. E.) Church"), contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Jane J. Cook, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City
in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 175, folio 125.

136. To the bequest to Kelso Home for Orphans of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, payable on
marriage of Martha J. Barry, contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Melissa J. Welty, deceased, late of Balti-
more City, of record in the office of the Register of Wills
for said City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 152, folio 466.

137. To the contingent gifts in remainder contained in
