Public Local Laws/of Maryland (1930 Edition), as en-
acted by Chapter 24 of 1931, title "Carroll County, " sub-
title "State's Attorney, " be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
346. The State's Attorney for Carroll County shall
receive a salary of two thousand dollars for the year
1935 and each year thereafter, which shall be annually
levied by the County Commissioners of said county, and
paid to him in monthly instalments from the first Mon-
day of January, 1935; said salary to be in full compensa-
tion for all services of the State's Attorney required by
law to be paid by the County Commissioners of said
county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 66.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
6 of Article 51 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title. "Juries, " sub-title "Qualification
and Selection of Jurors, " to exempt Baltimore County
from the provisions of said section.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 6 of Article 51 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Juries, " sub-title
"Qualification and Selection of Jurors, " be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read as
follows:
6. It shall be the duty of the clerk of the county com-
missioners for each of the counties of this State to make
out and file with the clerks, of the circuit courts f or said
counties, riot less than twenty days before the beginning
of the second-regular term of said courts after each and
every general election a fair and complete list of the: male
taxable inhabitants or residents of said, county, whose
names appear on the tax books of said county, and who are
not known to said clerk to be under the age of twenty-five
years, and to which said lists so to be made and filed with
