plaining carrier if the final determination of the action by
the Court shall be adverse to him, and such costs shall be
paid by the carrier complained against if the final determi-
nation of the Court shall be adverse to him.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That a new section be, and the same
is hereby, added to Article 56 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, 1929 Edition, title "Licenses, " sub-
title "Public Freight Motor Vehicles, " to be known as Sec-
tion 262C, to follow immediately after Section 262B and
to read as follows:

262C. All court costs in any action which may be com-
menced to vacate and set aside any order of the Public
Service Commission passed in pursuance of the provisions
of Section 262A of this sub-title, shall be paid by the com-
plaining carrier if the final determination of the action by
the Court shall be adverse to him, and such costs shall be
paid by the carrier complained against if the final de-
termination of the Court shall be adverse to him.

CHAPTER 557.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
152 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws (1930
Edition), title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Emmits-
burg, " defining the taxable limits of the Town of Em-
mitsburg, in Frederick County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 152 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Fred-
erick County, " sub-title "Emmitsburg, " be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as fol-
lows:

152. The taxable limits of said town shall be as fol-
lows: Beginning on the road leading from Baltimore to
Emmitsburg, at the southeast corner of lot number one
hundred and four, in the plan of Emmitsburg, as recorded
in the Land Records of Frederick County, and running
