and in the event of such inconsistency said general, local
and special laws are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all the sections
of this Act be and they are hereby declared to be in-
separable and that if any provision or section be declared
invalid, that the entire Act shall be null and void.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 556.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, 1929 Edition, title
"Licenses, " sub-title "Public Passenger Motor Vehicles, "
to be known as Section 255C to follow immediately after
Section 255B to provide for the payment of costs in ac-
tions to vacate and to set aside orders of the Public
Service Commission passed pursuant of the provisions of
Section 255A; and to add a new section to Article 56 of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, 1929
Edition, title "Licenses, " sub-title "Public Freight Mo-
tor, Vehicles, " to be known as Section 262C, and to fol-
low immediately after Section 262B, to provide for the
payment of costs in actions to vacate and to set aside
orders of the Public Service Commission passed pursu-
ant to the provisions of Section 262A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be, and the same is hereby,
added to Article 56 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, 1929 Edition, title "Licenses, " sub-title "Pub-
lic Passenger Motor Vehicles, " to be known as Section
255C, to follow immediately after Section 255B, and to read
as follows:
255C. All court costs in any action which may be com-
menced to vacate and set aside any order of the Public
Service Commission passed in pursuance of the provisions
of Section 255A of this sub-title, shall be paid by the com-
