No, 134. An Act to regulate and make uniform the com-
pensation of County Commissioners.

No. 135. An Act for the relief of Whitney, Medairy and
Gushing, of Baltimore.

No. 136. An Act to repeal section seventy-five, article
seventeen, of the Public Local Laws entitled, "Queen Anne's
County, " and section one, article seventeen, of the supple-
ments, and re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 13Y. An Act to incorporate the Workingmen's Co-
operative Store of Cumberland, in Allegany county.

Nos 138. An Act to add additional sections to article first,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, of Allegany county, re-
lating to the business of the Circuit Courts and the summon-
ing of jurors in said county.

No. 139. An Act to authorize the Judges of the Orphans'
Courts, in the several counties, who had charge of the Free
School Fund, to pay out of any money in their hands belong-
ing to the said fund, to the present Register of Wills, or
late Registers of Wills, under the Constitution of eighteen
hundred and fifty-one, for their services, a reasonable com-
pensation, in preserving and keeping the School Fund from,
eighteen hundred and fifty-one to the present time.

No. 140. An Act appropriating a sum of money to pay the
claim of Henry H. Owings, for costs in the Orphan's Court
of Baltimore City, and in the Court of Appeals, due to him
by the State, in the case of Henry H. Owings vs. State of
Maryland-
No. 141. An Act to amend an act to incorporate the Grand
Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland, passed
February eighth, eighteen hundred and twenty-two.

No. 142. An Act to incorporate the Patent Prepared Food
Company.

No. 143. An Act to empower the County Commissioners
of Queen Anne's county to levy the sum of two hundred and
fifty dollars on the taxable property of the county, to pay J.
G. Strong for copies of a map of said county, which he is
about to publish on the scale of one inch to the mile, and
which said copies are intended to be distributed among the
public schools of the county.

No. 144. An Act to repeal the first section of the Act of
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter eighty-seven, and
