to amend 'and re-enact sections fifty-five, fifty-nine and sixty
of the second article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Anne Arundel county, relating to the sale of spirituous and
fermented liquors to minors in the city of Annapolis, and
within five miles thereof.

No. 145. An Act to amend the Act of eighteen hundred
and sixty, chapter three hundred and three, entitled, an Act
to carry into effect the eighth section of the Act entitled, an
Act for the promotion of internal improvements, passed at
the December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-five,
chapter three hundred and ninety-five, by applying a part of
the appropriation made by said Act for the purpose of inter-
nal improvements in Worcester county to the construction of
the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad.

'No. 146. An Act to repeal the charter incorporating the
town of Denton, in Caroline county, and enacting the follow-
ing in lieu thereof.

No. 147. An Act to declare the sanction of the General
Assembly to the bequest of William W. Johnson, late of
Somerset county, deceased, to the vestry of Somerset parish
in said county.

No. 148. An Act to secure the completion of the Kent
County Railroad by the Kent County Railroad Company.,
and to regulate the mode of voting at meetings of the stock-
holders of Railroad Companies on the Eastern Shore.

No. 149. An Act to repeal the three hundred and ninety-
seventh section of article four of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled, "City of Baltimore, " and relating; to the
appointment of inspector general and assistant inspector of
grain for the city of Baltimore.

No. 150. An Act to prohibit the granting of license for
the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer at or
near Upper Hunting Creek, in Caroline and Dorchester
counties, in the State of Maryland.

No. 151. An Act to add an additional section to the fifty-
sixth article of the Code of Public General Laws entitled,
"Licenses, " prescribing certain duties to the sheriff of Balti-
more city, in relation to Licenses, and repealing the Act of
January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter
one hundred and forty-two, relating to the clerk of the Court
of Common Pleas.

No. 152. An Act to incorporate the Baltimore Lever
Beater Press Company.
