No. 122. An Act to incorporate the Maryland Land and
Emigration Company.

No. 123. An Act to incorporate the Baltimore County
Dairy Association.

No. 124. An Act to incorporate the Allegany Vine Grow-
ing, Manufacturing and Agricultural Association.

No. 125. An Act to repeal the forty-second and forty-sixth
sections of the fourteenth article of the Public Local Laws
relating to Chestertown, under the title of Kent County,
empowering the Commissioners of said town to make by-
laws to prevent and remove nuisances, impose fines and for-
feitures, and to collect the same, and for the appointment of
a Supervisor, and to re-enact the said. sections with amend-
ments.

No. 126. An Act to amend an Act entitled, an Act to in-
corporate the Maryland Mutual Insurance Company of Balti-
more, passed by the General Assembly of Maryland, session
eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, chapter three hundred and
eighty-three, by changing the name and increasing the
powers of said company.

No. 127. An Act to incorporate the Maryland Fuel Com-
pany of Baltimore city.

No. 128. An Act to amend the Act entitled, an Act to
incorporate the Dimes Savings Bank in the city of Baltimore,
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-four,
chapter three hundred and twenty, and its supplement
passed at January session eighteen hundred and fifty-six,
chapter two hundred and forty-five.

No. 129. An Act to incorporate the Merchants' Steamship
Line.

No. 130. An Act to authorize the Comptroller to Credit
Benjamin G. Fitzhugh, late Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Frederick county, with a certain sum paid Robert G. Mc-
Pherson for services as Deputy Clerk.

No. 131. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to the
Union Orphan's Asylum of Baltimore City.

No. 132. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to the
Children's Aid Society of Baltimore.

No. 133. An Act to authorize William H. Downs, of Anne
Arundel county to act in the double capacity of Justice of
the Peace and Assistant Assessor.
