No. 112. An Act authorizing the Trustees of the Metho-
dist Protestant Church, situated on the north-west corner of
Fayette and Asquith streets in the city of Baltimore, to sell
a certain lot of ground.

No. 113. An Act to authorize James Richardson of St.
Mary's county, to erect two gates on a public road, passing
through his lands in said county.

No. 1H. An Act to prohibit the issuing of any license for
the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within three miles
of either of the churches in Mechanicstown, Frederick coun-
ty, Maryland, and to prevent the sale of all kinds of intoxi-
cating drinks within the above described limits.

No. 115. An Act supplementary to an Act authorizing
the transcribing of certain records of indexes in the office of
the Register of Wills for Frederick county, passed by the
General Assembly of Maryland, at its January session, eigh-
teen hundred and fifty-eight, chapter twenty-eight.

No. 116. An Act to incorporate the Colored Laboring Sons
and Daughters Beneficial Society of Hagerstown.

No. 117. An Act for the benefit of the Trustees of the Me-
thodist Episcopal Church of Columbia street station in the
city of Baltimore.

No. 118. An Act to restore William Thompson of R, of
Montgomery county, Stephen H. Bradley, of Queen Anne's
county, and Theodore P. Harrison of Baltimore city, to the
elective franchise and foil rights of citizenship.

No. 119. An Act to incorporate the Union Railroad Com-
pany of Baltimore, and to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, the Northern Central and the Western
Maryland Railroad Companies, and the Canton Company to
subscribe for the capital stock thereof, and to endorse the
mortgage bonds of the said company.

No. 120. An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to make
certain improvements in the vicinity of the State Live Stock
Scales in Baltimore county, passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter twenty-three, by
enlarging the powers and duties of the commissioners therein
named.

No. 121. An Act to incorporate the Baltimore Rifle Target
Shooting Company.
