No. 102. An Act to amend the second section of the Act
passed on the twenty-fourth day of March, eighteen hundred
and sixty-five, entitled, "An Act to provide for the regis-
tration of births, marriages and deaths. "

No. 103. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay R.
P. Bayly for printing extra copies of the Constitution of
Maryland, by order of this General Assembly, at its session
of eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

104. An Act to prohibit the issuing of any license for the
sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within three miles of
either of the churches in the village of Wolfsville, Frederick
county, Maryland, and to prevent the sale of all kinds of in-
toxicating drinks within the above-described limits.

105. An Act to repeal section thirty-eight, of article
twenty-eight, of the Code of Public General Laws, of the
State of Maryland, and re-enact the same with amendments.

106. A supplement to the Act entitled, "An Act to incor-
porate the New York and Baltimore Transportation Line,
passed at December Session, eighteen hundred and forty-
seven, chapter one hundred and twelve.

No, 10*7. An Act to authorize Mrs. Eliza Martin to settle
her accounts as guardian to John Gibson, and to deliver over
the estate to her said ward.

No. 108. An Act to repeal sections two and three of an
Act passed at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
five, chapter forty-nine, entitled, "an Act to amend an Act
entitled, an Act to aid and encourage enlistments into the
Maryland Regiments in the service of the United States, "
passed eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter fifteen, and
to provide for the prompt payment of the bounties therein
specified; and to repeal section four of said Act, and to re-
enact the same, so as to make the bounties therein specified,
payable to the widows and heirs of deceased soldiers, and to
re-enact and amend the same.

No. 109. An Act. to legalize the election of Trustees of the
First Lutheran Church of Frostburg, held November the
twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

No. 110. An Act to regulate the issuing of license for the
sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within the limits of
the town of Cecilton, in Cecil county.

No. 111. An Act to repeal section seventy-four of article
thirteen in the Code of Public Local Laws, and re-enact the
same with amendments.
