No. 91. An Act to make valid and effectual the acts of
Charles R. Stewart, as commissioner in the division of the
real estate of Nicholas Forester, made in the year eighteen
hundred and twenty-three.

No. 92. An Act to prevent the sale of spirituous or fer-
mented liquors, on or near the line of the Washington Coun-
ty Railroad, during the time of its construction.

No. 93. An Act entitled, an Act to authorize and direct
the commissioner of the Land Office, to issue a patent for a
tract of land called, "Saint Barts. "

No. 94. A further supplement to the Act of eighteen
hundred and sixty, chapter two hundred and seventy-four
entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Liberty
Turnpike Company.

No. 95. An Act to amend an Act passed at January Ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter three hun-
dred and seventy-nine, entitled, an Act to amend an Act, to
incorporate the Mutual Insurance Company of Washington
County, passed at December Session, eighteen hundred and
forty-five, chapter thirty-seven, and to extend the charter of
said company,

No. 96. An additional supplement to an Act entitled, an
Act authorizing the appointment of commissioners for the re-
gulation and improvement of the village of Greensborough,
in Caroline County, passed January Session, eighteen hun-
dred and twenty-six, chapter ninety-seven.

No. 97. A supplement to an Act to incorporate the Chesa-
peake and Ohio Canal Company, passed at December Session,
eighteen hundred and twenty-three, chapter one hundred and
forty.

No. 98. An Act for the relief of the sureties of Moses
Rawling, for the years eighteen hundred and forty-six,
eighteen hundred and forty-seven and eighteen hundred and
forty-eight, upon his Sheriff bond.

No. 99. An Act to provide for the repair or rebuilding of
the county jail in Prince George's. County.

100. An Act providing for re-fitting and re-furnishing the
Executive Chamber.

No. 101. An Act to aid in the re-organization of St. John's
College.
